The rubber and ether are placed in a tightly closed bottle, the mixture is left to stand in a warm room and shaken often until a viscous homogeneous solution is obtained.
The resin and wax mixture are now melted, after cooling to 35° C. 100 g of ether are added and this solution is mixed with the rubber solution. Since part of the ether always evaporates during the treatment, a sufficient amount of ether is finally added until the total weight of the plaster is 800 parts.
